Indeed, it took some time to hatch properly, but the metamorphosis is now fully complete: SC-Replay changes to become SCTemple!
We are deeply sorry for the delay, but we are pleased to announce that this complete new version hides a ton of new exciting features, starting with a revolutionary own made replay parsing and analyser, new game types, events and forums. In contrast to SC-Replay, SCTemple is aimed to be focused on a powerful community aspect, keeping the Starcraft 2 replays and matches in the middle. We hope to become a more intuitive hub on Starcraft events and a place for debates and sharing. What’s new on SCTemple? - Game types: Our new replay analyser is now handling 2v2, 3v3, 4v4, FFA and Custom games. - Community: We now have forums and comments on every aspects of the site. You will find among our several new forums the following: - SC2 Discussions: Debates, sharing and discussions on Stacraft 2. - Hot or not: Choose and see what’s been chosen by the community to be hot or not. - SC2 Drama: All the stories around Starcraft 2, pro gamers, teams... - What’s happening?: Realtime events, streams and interesting stuff happening right now. - Questions: Ask anything, get the best answer. - Events: Among with a partnership with our friends at z33k.com, SCTemple is now covering a massive amount of tournaments from small amateurs events to prestigious ones. You will find replays, VODs and a bunch of stuff around these, including your debates and comments. - Game casts: Spoiler-free and series handling for a better viewing experience. - Analysis system: Way enhanced from SC-Replay, our analysis system allows you to easily track your win ratios and statistics filtering, for instance, by date and ladder games only. What’s to come? Shorly, we will have more to share to you guys, here is a sneak preview on what’s to come. - New Application: We also completely re-arranged our desktop app, now handling filtering of replays, multi upload, and a sleek interface. Also working on Mac! - Showmatches: Soon, we hope to be able to support esport even more, with our onboard capabilities, organizing showmatches and small events. Verry nicely done, i checked up on the metamorphosis everyday got kinda scared it would never hatch but here it is and damn its looking great.

Hello Lya and all those involved in the sctemple project. I have been following your site development ever since the beginning of sc-replay and I am very delighted in the progress. I am confident that your site has the most potential in the category of sc2 replay/community. As a grateful user I have several comments and suggestions.
1. Your replay search is one of the best i've seen. It allows a user to quickly find relevant replays based upon several features. I love that you have added a filter for grandmaster replays as these are very sought after and often more difficult to find. My ONLY feature that like better on sc2replayed is the smart analysis of individual replays, which provide such info as build orders and units built. 2. I read that you plan to bring back the automated upload application. This is another favorite feature which i love.Hassle free replay saving made sc-replay a breeze to use. 3. I love your site and I'm sure that the talented designers are aware that even though sctemple.com is out-classing other replay sites, sctemple is not ranked very high on google compared to other sites. SEO, promotion on Team Liquid, and strong emphasis on accessible replay packs from popular players and tournaments will draw attention. 4. This site is so awesome. I hope it gets the attention and use that it deserves. Cheers to the growing Starcraft 2 community! |
