upload program gone?

I've been waiting for the site to come back online :D Nice guys!
I imagine all features haven't been implemented yet, but where do I download your upload replay program so it does all that for me? Or have you guys tried to be like every other replay sites for manual uploads and removed that feature? Perhaps i'm blind but I can't find it. |

It seems that, according to this post (http://www.sctemple.com/community/sctemple/welcome-to-sctemple/) upload replay program is coming soon
